Although we wanted to get this started and finished much sooner, our birthday and Christmas shopping didn't begin until tonight. Since Ryan is still quite young and we aren't millionaires, we're going to keep it pretty low-key this year. We figure we can get him things throughout the year as well so it doesn't all have to be done for his birthday and for Christmas.
One thing we both agree is nice to take advantage of, however, is the fact we can shop while he is with us because he doesn't quite understand what is going on. I'm not entirely sure we will be this fortunate next year.
