Y4 - 220/365: New Kicks!


In an effort to help motivate me further with fitness, I've finally broken down and bought some new trainers to replace my current ones lacking tread and developing holes in the sides. I've started doing Zumba after school (in the sports hall of the school) on a Wednesday, and then I'm also considering a jump back into the Couch to 5K (C25k) if my knees and ankles can handle the stress.

So we shall see.
