This is after a meltdown on the way home from Em & Daz's -- he fell asleep gnawing on a teething ring. Those teeth just aren't giving him a break and it appears as though he may have more than one tooth coming at once (which would explain the Tooth-mageddon reaction). I just hope one breaks through soon because maybe once his gums soften the rest won't be as bad.
