I'm all about getting Ryan involved in typical daily/weekly tasks like helping around the house, grocery shopping and even going to the library. I'm hoping that if I instill a sense of pride in him about these things, he will enjoy doing them.
So far, so good...he's a big fan of checking his books back in!
He also quite likes carefully choosing the next book(s) he will borrow. (And I try to honour his requests...even when it is a book with Teletubbies.)
Although I can't say I mind when I see just how excited he gets over familiar objects and characters! This little boy absolutely loves a good book!
